The EA app won't open, saying an error occurred.

Since yesterday, I've tried to open my EA app, but it says there's an error in my connection to the internet. I checked my internet with other apps, and everything worked fine except for EA. I tried turning it off and back on, resetting my computer, updating my computer, updating windows, and none of that worked. Someone told me I needed to clear my cache, so I tried to find forms about it on EA help and none of it would work with the situation I was in and required me to open the launcher. One video said to download it again, and I tried that with the installation download and repair from there, then tried to launch the app, and then it told me the background services crashed and to run update, then told me the update server is unavailable. My dad then uninstalled and reinstalled it, and now I can open the launcher. Still, nothing shows up except the top left corner with the three lines and the X. I used that to try and clear my cache but it didn't do anything and tried to contact EA and send an error report and wrote all of this just for it to tell me there was an error with the error report.
