Can't send error report

Very ironically, tried to send an error report as the sims 4 is virtually unplayable and the sims won't stop ignoring commands and undoing when I do get them to do anything. Error report wouldn't send through. How are you meant to resolve issues if we can't use the routes available to us?! For the record I confirmed send and then got a pop up saying it hadn't gone through, it's not that I didn't follow what was required
