This ea service sucks it's really ridiculous

This really pisses me off there is no way to contact this bull**bleep** service I'm trying to delete my account from a email that's not mines I've been trying to contact for weeks and finally got to a few advisors and all of sudden the chat disconnect they don't help with nothing you can't contact this bull**bleep** and they don't contact you back it's very frustrating buy game to enjoy cant freaking play it im calling my bank and get my money back since I can't get it back from psn this is very poor from a large company and can't call and have a hard time contacting customer service how do people deal with this fraud shii from this company

    Hi Boogi59,

    The best thing to do in this case is to continue trying to open a case with EA Help. While it's entirely up to you, if you request a chargeback then your entire EA account will likely be banned.

    If you're not able to get a chat at the moment on the EA Help site, try using it while logged out (if you're asked to login, select the option to continue without logging in). Quite often that will make the chat option appear again. If you can't get a chat at all, then you'll need to use the email case option I'm afraid.

    ElliotLHdude ea help is useless. theres no where for me to actually start a chat, it just spits me back out here.
