Trouble with linking steam account

Hello! I'm trying to link my new Steam account, but I'm getting the error "To help protect your EA Account, it must be linked to ... for at least 365 days before it can be linked to ....", even though I've already unlinked my old account. I don't have any linked Steam accounts in my profile. What's the problem? Why can't I link the new account? What should I do? Please tell me.
