Trying to switch Xbox accounts

I've been trying to switch Xbox accounts for about a year by now, every time I've been told that "I can only link to one xbox account and that xbox account is already linked. Well, I've unlinked that xbox account and deleted it and I still can't link my actual Xbox account to my EA account, it is insane that I have to post about this in a forum instead of being able to file a  proper support ticket.

Please help me solve this issue
