Unable to connect on PS5

Hello,

I am unable to connect to any EA games on my PlayStation 5.

Affected games:

  • Apex Legends
  • Madden NFL 26
  • EA Sports FC 26

Error:

  • eadp::ServerError
  • Error Code: 102122

Important details:

  • The same EA account works correctly on my PS4.
  • I can log into my EA account through a web browser without any issues.
  • My PlayStation Network account is correctly linked to my EA account.
  • Non-EA online games work normally on my PS5.
  • PlayStation Store works normally.

Troubleshooting already performed:

  • Reinstalled the games
  • Restored licenses
  • Cleared cache
  • Rebuilt database
  • Changed DNS settings
  • Changed MTU settings
  • Tested with mobile hotspot/tethering
  • Created a completely new PS5 user
  • Tested with a completely different PSN account
  • Tested with a completely new EA account
  • Factory reset / initialized the PS5

The issue still occurs on all EA games only on PS5.

When I launch Apex Legends, the game reaches the title screen. After pressing the X button to continue, I receive a message stating that a technical problem has occurred, and then the game returns to the title screen displaying eadp::ServerError (102122).

Could you please investigate whether there is an issue with EA account authentication or EADP services related to my PS5?

    The issue is still occurring.

    No, I have not changed my PlayStation gamertag (online ID) or my EA account name recently.

    Additional information:

    • The same EA account works correctly on my PS4.
    • The issue occurs on PS5 only.
    • I have tested with a completely different PSN account and a completely new EA account, and the same error occurs.
    • Apex Legends, Madden NFL 26, and EA Sports FC 26 all show the same issue.
    • The error displayed is: eadp::ServerError (102122).
    • I have already tried reinstalling the games, restoring licenses, clearing cache, initializing the PS5, changing DNS/MTU settings, and using a mobile hotspot connection.

    Please let me know if there are any further diagnostics I can perform.

    If so, have you made any changes to your gamertag or EA account name recently?
