Unable to connect to EA servers - email issue

Today I bought BF6 and after playing a few games, I can no longer sign into my EA account because my previous EA email that I had for years expired. Now when I try to type in my new email and get a code on the main screen of BF6, it says a code has been sent, but I've never received one. I'm sure this has been a very common problem. What do I do?
