Unable to generate a case or start a chat
My EAFC25 has been suspended from online feactures. No matter how I try to dispute, after submitting the form, I'd always get "We got your case. Your case has been submitted, our advisor will contact you soon!" Once I check "My case", nothing appears there. As I've had the same experience before, I know this is telling me that EA didn't get my message. This time I tried starting a chat base on what EA official has answered on this forum. I literally get the same thing, after filling the form, it just shows me "We got your case. Your case has been submitted, our advisor will contact you soon!" again! Even though it has shown me there should be 0 minute waiting time, I still don't get to talk to an agent. I can't describe how disappointed I am, done nothing wrong but lost 2 accounts already, and there's no way I can even try getting them back. Please help me out!
