Unable to get help on missing BF6 content

Question

Hi,&nbsp;at the end of S4 a Pop up for Pre-Ordering S5 for 1100 coins popped up, I pre-ordered S5 season pass but at the start of the season it was not activated.&nbsp;&nbsp;At this point I have already finished Pro and Season 4 rewards.&nbsp;&nbsp;The coins are deducted, I dont have the Battlepass. I cant see any buying history on content bought with Battlefield coins. Maybe I bought something else? I don't see any other content.&nbsp;&nbsp;I opened #256637357 which said 5 mins waiting time, but waiting time was about 3h 28m 14s. Of course I'm not able to wait this long. However, it seems like you have to get live support as there is no progress in the ticket.&nbsp;Trying to reach support again but support unavailable. Unable to just start a chat in 256637357&nbsp;I dont have time to stay in chat all the time, how do I get help?

I see the chat is greyed out in the screenshot you've provided. Can you please try using your browser in incognito mode to see if you're able to start a chat?
