Live chat advisors didn't say much, once I explained the problem I was having they said that they could see I already have a case raised and to wait for a response. After about 3 days of waiting for a response, I was asked for more information on the issue.......
I provided more info with screenshots, then did another live chat with a different advisor, which was slightly more helpful as I was told that I would be contacted by "our steam support team" and that it would take 72hrs. Currently still waiting on a response
