unable to log into help.ea.com/tech support verification email no longer exists

Okay, I tried that, but still none of the links work.  I don't even get the extended finger selection icon when I hover over them, just the standard arrow pointer.  Clicking on the EA Help icon in the lower right corner is the only thing that works, but it merely tells me to do things which require verification, and once again, it tries to send the code to the non-existent email address.
