Unable to purchase Enchanted by Nature pack

I've been trying to buy the Enchanted by Nature expansion pack since the release date, July 10th, and it keeps saying the purchase won't go through. I tried buying the pack through Instant Gaming also, but still no luck. Is anyone else dealing with the same thing? I've never had this issue with an expansion pack before.
