Unable to Resume Support Case on EA Help

Hi everyone,

I'm having trouble with the EA Help website. When I try to resume an open case by clicking "Resume Case," it just takes me back to the My Cases page instead of letting me continue with my case.

Has anyone else experienced this issue? Is there a fix for it, or is this a known bug?

    Same. It's hard enough getting to a contact page in the first place, and then they close your cases without even responding first and the resume button doesn't work. Hello, the fact that we're contacting them in the first place means we want it resumed! It's **bleep**ed, this kind of non-existent customer service is completely unethical. I'm surprised it's not illegal altogether.
