Unable to submit a help ticket on Chrome or Edge

I have been attempting to sign back into my account. The password I had saved in my password manager does not work. I attempt to reset the account by entering my email address and having a code sent to it, but when I click the button, nothing happens. I have not been sent a code and the screen does not take me to a page to enter the code in.  This is using Google Chrome. Screen recording with network logs showing that, upon clicking the button, nothing happens.

Also, your "What kind of issue are you having?" and "Search for a game or product" category does not have the EA desktop app or website as a game or product under the "Report a bug in a game or app" category? Seems pretty important.

After switching to Edge, I was finally able to reset my password. However, I tried to submit a ticket in Chrome, but the Submit button would not work. I switched to Edge and attempted to submit a ticket, but this also did not work. Screen recorded both.
