Unable to unlink twitch account

For some reason, the Twitch account connected to my EA account changed to jumbled numbers alphabetical characters. When I checked my Twitch account, it was already unlinked from my EA account. So I tried to unlink and relink, but there is no response. When I checked with the dev tool, I found that it led to a 409 conflict error link. The EA help said that the only solution was to delete the EA account. (total bull**bleep**) Does anyone know a solution?

    If our support is advising that you need to delete AKAM0NG​ then there would be a reason for this.
