    Have you spoken with our live support team about this, if not you can find them here: https://help.ea.com/en/help-home/

    They are the only ones who can assist with account issues.

Yes I have submitted a case the previous day to your live support team, and am yet to receive a reply.

    Best to give the team time to respond, they aim to get back to you as fast as possible but it can take a few days.
