Community ManagerTL;DR - change your email rather than unlinking or abandoning the account.
If you can't access your EA Account, check out our steps to update your account. If you still can’t access your EA Account, contact us from the bottom of the page. Make sure to have this information handy when you reach out to us:
- the email address on your EA Account
- any usernames or console IDs (e.g. Xbox Live Gamertags or PlayStation™ Network Online IDs) connected to your EA Account
- any invoice numbers from games you’ve bought from our store, or product codes for your games.
