unlink ea account to Steam

i want to unlink my old ea acc to my steam but i forgot the gmail and password of the account that i need to unlink, please help me to unlink it and link my new ea account, i need it ASAP

Just to add to the previous reply, you can contact EA Help, and they will assist you in recovering the account to then unlink other platforms or update it as necessary. Let us know if you have any problems contacting EA Help.
