Unlink xbox from old email no acess to new email

    Hi there, @AoiyasReign 

    That error indicates you need to change your password. Have you tried doing that at www.origin.com? However, this is going to require you have access to the account. An advisor should be able to take you through the account recovery process. To do that, open a case here. If you've been having trouble with that, make sure you're using a Chrome browser and try putting it in incognito mode.

    I tried calling, emailing chatting since your reply I've havnt gotten anything back. I don't have access to that old email to unlink my Xbox. Basically what I need is to change the email associated with my origin/EA account.

      Could you try the callback option instead of chat? You can most likely get someone on the phone pretty quickly to help with this.
