If you created an EA account with an email you don't want to use and linked that EA account to your PSN, you may not need to unlink the accounts. You can update the email on your EA account to one you'd prefer to use.
- Go to your Account information page.
- Select Edit next to Email address
- Select Send code and your verification option, then enter the code we sent you to verify your identity
- Then update your email.
