In such cases, it's best to contact EA Help support via chat, so you can talk to an advisor and clarify all your questions. They should also be able to assist you in regaining access to your account. Once that's done, you can send a ban dispute by following the steps in this article.

As i said earlier, my ticket have been ignore for quite a while and i dont see a article that is suitible for my situation. The first link leads me back to EA help which doesnt have a chat feature but only a ticket feature!

You can contact them via chat by scrolling down to the bottom of the page and clicking on "Contact Us", from there, you will be redirected to fill out a form. In this form, please select "Compromised EA Account" in the topic, and you should get the option to start a chat after filling out the form.
