Unfortunately, I resubmitted my request several times and waited another week, yet I still haven’t received any response. I could create a new account to play, but I’ve had this one for over a decade, and it holds so many precious memories of mine. I don’t want to cut ties with it like this. Could you help me get in touch with EA official support and arrange all follow-up communications directly via my email? My email address is:[edit: email address removed]

Hey tmacwar​ this is not something that we could do. 

If you have open cases with our support then we would recommend giving it a little more time. 

It may be that the team is experiencing an increase in cases atm.
