Verification code not sending

EA app won’t send verification code to my email so I cannot login in please help

    Hi saucier19​,

    Thanks for reaching out. If those Login Verification codes aren't showing up, here are a few quick things to check:

    1. Make sure your inbox isn't full
    2. Take a peek into your spam/junk folder. Sometimes they can end up there
    3. Double-check that you or your service provider hasn't blocked emails from us

     

    If the codes don't appear after that, our support team can look into this for you. Please contact them directly for assistance.
