verification codes not being sent

I can't log into the app because it wants to send a verification code, which I have tried to resend multiple times for over half an hour, and it's not sending to my email or phone number. what do I do?

    Hi bellahboo12​,

    Are you checking your spam folders? Sometimes, those email codes can end up there.

    Make also sure, that the EA email is not restricted in your email settings.

    If this doesn't help, you'd need to get in touch with EA Support here.
