Verification Gmail problem
About two months ago, I realized I can't play any more EA games, including this one, as when I try to open it, it asks me to verify myself by getting a code sent to an email or a phone number, which I do not recognize nor do have access to. I don't even know the full email. When I tried to speak to people about this, I have spoken to five separate people over the course of multiple days, different times, giving me the same exact solution, which has never worked, no matter how many times I tell them it's not going to work. They try it. When it doesn't work, they leave and tell me to try again later with someone else. They tell me to give them my Xbox gamer tag, which I do, and to go on any EA game and that a pop-up will happen where I can fix this issue. It has never happened, and every time I try to talk to someone, they simply do this no matter what, no matter how many times I tell them that it is not working. And when I try to say that I would like to go and talk to someone higher up about solving this issue because clearly they have no solutions for me, they are rude, tell me I'm not doing it correctly in a very patronizing way, and one time even copy-pasted a message which clearly wasn't meant for me, which was instructions on them on how to deal with me. Some have ended the chat abruptly after saying there's literally nothing more to do after only five minutes of my time and refuse, saying that there's no one higher up I could possibly speak to about this issue, so there is literally nothing I can do. I will never be able to play an EA game because I cannot talk to anyone else about this, and when I talk to them, they simply tell me to do the exact same solution, which has never worked five times in a row on the same day after spending hours of my time trying to carefully explain to them my issue. This issue still persists, and if someone's solution is for me to go and explain this to a virtual chat, I will not do it. I have never been treated so rudely in my life from customer service. Never have I had such messages insinuating that I was dumb so many times when I have carefully explained the situation, where they have ignored me when I said I don't know what the email is, only to ask me to log in with the email and say forget my password when I told them I don't know the email. Multiple times stuff like this keeps happening, and there seems to be no phone number, no email that I can go to to get a real solution, apart from talking to the exact same people over and over again.
