Want to unlink PlayStation account from an old EA account.

I just started getting back into battlefield but noticed my PlayStation account is connected to a yahoo email that has been deactivated due to inactivity. I can log into the EA account through PlayStation but when I go to edit the account it wants me to prove who I am and wants to send it to the deactivated email so I can’t go in and unlink my PlayStation account. I have to use this account that’s connected to my Xbox account to make this post and it has the same email name besides for it being Gmail. I can prove who I am and that it’s mine, would EA be able to deactivate it so I can link my PlayStation account to my current EA account?
