Can't Access Family Management

I haven't been able to go to my Family Management section of my profile for a very long time. It keeps giving me an error message, "Something went wrong. We ran into a technical issue. Try again later."

Any steps to correct? The automated chat bot is absolutely useless, and I suspect I'll need a human to review my account to see what's going on. Thank you.

    Testing here Patriot_216​ and it is working as it should.

    Wondering if maybe this is a browser or device-related issue. Could you try accessing it on a different browser to see if it makes a difference?

    An odd one Patriot_216​, would it be possible to try a different network or even over a VPN just to see what happens.

    That I'm not seeing other reports of this and not seeing it myself, I'd like to rule out anything on your side before we escalate this.
