What’s the easiest way to contact an advisor?

I’ve tried the whole ai bot chat for a long time trying to get a right of withdrawal for my ea play pro subscription but I keep going around it circles and can never find the button to chat with an advisor directly

    Please try again later on today or tomorrow. The current ongoing Service outage is affecting our chat services.

    We're working with our service provider to fix it as soon as possible.

    This just leads me to the ai chat bot which I’ve already said doesn’t help I’m not sure of it’s because of the service outage why it doesn’t give me the option to see an advisor but I’d at least like to know that or be in a long queue or have an email so I can at least start the conversation to return to when this outage resolves
