As to which specific method or program was used or detected in this particular situation however, that type of information is not something our Terms of Service team would be able to share when reviewing appeals. They'd be able to provide the broad category (which you already have), but aren't able to share specific program or process names as those details are invaluable to those that would wish to bypass detection methods.

That said, you've mentioned playing from a new account instead while hoping for an unban, but please be sure to create an appeal here if you haven't already done so. That will have the Terms of Service team take another look at what triggered the ban initially to see whether it's possible to remove, but that wouldn't be a decision we're able to investigate or make here on the forums I'm afraid.
