 My Battlefield 1 account was banned on July 8, 2026, for 'gameplay enhancement.' Honestly, I don't even know what that means. But what I find most incomprehensible is the timing. My wife fell ill on...

I understand, but I actually submitted my second appeal back on July 17th and still haven't received any reply. I'm really at a loss as to where else I can turn for help.

    The ban reason states "gameplay enhancement," but I wasn't even logged into the game during the time of the alleged offense. Was this triggered by a player report, or is it an AI false ban? My first appeal was rejected—is there still hope for a second one?

    Also, since the Asian servers frequently suffer from DDoS attacks, I have to use a game booster to play on the EU servers. However, my ping is still between 120 and 130. Could this high latency also be flagged as cheating?

      Sometimes, when our anticheat team has a really valuable detection, we don’t let it trigger the hammer immediately, these usually result in ban-waves of various sizes and cadences. While such techniques help us keep cheat developers from easily iterating and circumventing those detections with minimal effort, they also mean we are letting bad actors impact more players in more matches, and that isn’t ideal. We now pair ban-wave queues with secondary rules and thresholds. When flagged accounts hit certain combinations of volume, reports, or game stats, enforcement triggers immediately instead of waiting for the scheduled wave. This has lowered our daily average time to enforcement.

      Account sanctions are reviewed by ToS team, and the information involved is not available to Community Managers.

      The team may also be unable to disclose certain details, as revealing specific detection methods could help cheat developers identify and bypass anti-cheat measures. You can follow our anti-cheat updates and review the Battlefield rules for more information.

        So, is there really no hope for my account to be unbanned, even though I was just playing normally? It's been over 20 days since my second appeal. This is my first time getting banned in this game, and I've never been banned in any other game before.I am extremely disappointed and outraged by this.
