What kind of company would randomly ban a player's account?
My Battlefield 1 account was banned on July 8, 2026, for 'gameplay enhancement.' Honestly, I don't even know what that means. But what I find most incomprehensible is the timing. My wife fell ill on July 3rd, and we traveled to another city that same day for her hospitalization. She was hospitalized until July 11th, which were incredibly difficult days for us.
When I finally returned home on July 11th and was able to relax and turn on my PC to play Battlefield 1, I found out my account had been banned. Can you even imagine how I felt at that moment?
I am a player from China. Due to national policies, I am unable to download Discord to prove my K/Dstats myself. But does that mean EA is also unable to check them on your end?I am a noob at level 96. In at least 3 out of every 10 matches, my K/D ratio is negative. Would a cheater really have a K/D like that? If so, what would be the point of cheating?
Worst of all, I submitted my second appeal on July 17th, and I still haven't received any response to this day. Is this the kind of attitude a major company should have?
I can't directly contact a staff member, and even sending emails is ineffective. I am forced to rely solely on the ticket system. What exactly is EA afraid of? Can't you afford to hire human customer support?
It is now 10:50 PM on August 12th. Is EA just planning to drag this out indefinitely and let it quietly fade away?
Attached is my total playtime record for Battlefield 4, and I have never been banned in this game.
