it sounds like you might have made a different EA account with that email address in the past. If you want to merge your EA accounts into just the one, I'd recommend reaching out to our live support team. They can take a look at this for you.
No, I only have one EA account. The previous email address was my primary email address. I changed my email address and now I want to change back to my primary email address but it says it is occupied.
