    Hi there,

    Thanks for asking! If by the new FIFA game you mean EA SPORTS FC 27, it’s currently set to release on September 25, 2026. EA Play members will also be able to try it with a 10-hour trial starting September 18. You can find more information on editions and release dates here: https://www.ea.com/games/ea-sports-fc/fc-27/news/fc-27-editions-and-release-dates 

    As for UFC, EA SPORTS UFC 6 is already available and was released on June 19, 2026. There’s currently a 10-hour trial available through EA Play as well.

    If you have Xbox Game Pass Ultimate, EA Play is included with your subscription. We don’t have an announced date yet for when the full versions of FC 27 or UFC 6 may be added to the EA Play library through Game Pass, so I wouldn’t want to guess and give you the wrong date.
