WHERE CAN I CONTACT EA MANAGEMENT?

I would like to send a comment or an email to management of tech of EA?

I've gone onto get help from 2 EA people and none of them helped me. 

All I want to do is put my phone number onto my account. 

I live in Australia, and it says +61  when I put my mobile phone number onto it, it doesn't work. 

When I remove the 0 it doesn't work, when I add the +61 it doesn't work. 

I have gone to chat to two different EA people for help with this, and they tell me they added the phone number and when I sign out and log on again, it's still not there. 

The first person was #209745003 last week, name <snip>. They told me they added the phone number to my account. They didn't. Today I spoke to #210100564 <snip>, they didn't know how to add the phone number either. I asked them to get someone who knows how to do it. They told me they added it. I couldn't see it. When I logged out and in again, it still wasn't there. So is there anyone at EA able to help me with this problem. I should be able to put in my mobile phone number, without any issues. Why is this so difficult to do. If EA Tech support doesn't know how to do it, how are we supposed to know how to do it? 

If anyone knows how I can contact management or have an email where I can contact someone directly and not on that LIVE CHAT thing. Because I need help from someone who knows how to put a phone number on.
