Where do we post/email/message about our ordered game issues?

Hello, I couldn't find the answer on the web site. Basically, I need to communicate with a human about why one of my ordered free games, from 9/16/2015, shows "Processing" status in my logged in htt...

I don't see a contact form. I only get the useless AI chat bot. :(

    You could give these steps a go. They should let you initiate a case with EA Help (I just tested and got the chat option).

    • Select "EA Account" from the menu on the EA Help site.
    • Choose the "I want to check my order status" option.
    • Beneath the article that appears you should see either the email case or live chat option.
