I don't see a contact form. I only get the useless AI chat bot. :(

You could give these steps a go. They should let you initiate a case with EA Help (I just tested and got the chat option).
- Select "EA Account" from the menu on the EA Help site.
- Choose the "I want to check my order status" option.
- Beneath the article that appears you should see either the email case or live chat option.
