Where do we post/email/message about our ordered game issues?

I don't see a contact form. I only get the useless AI chat bot. :(

You could give these steps a go. They should let you initiate a case with EA Help (I just tested and got the chat option).

Select "EA Account" from the menu on the EA Help site.

Choose the "I want to check my order status" option.

Beneath the article that appears you should see either the email case or live chat option.
