Where is my BF4 Premium Edition ？

I purchased BF4 Premium Edition on EA, but it's not in my game library. What happened?

My account confirms the purchase is complete, but it is not in my game library？

    Hey Angeliya-Choe​ Please double-check your order to ensure you've purchased the correct content. Many players mistakenly buy the Battlefield 4 Premium Service, which is just a DLC pack that needs the base game purchased separately.
