Where to file a formal complaint?
How do you go about filing a formal complaint with EA? I've had someone release my real address in gen chat in a Broadsword managed game. They also posted my real name, my wife's name, and my kids name. When I paged on the person I was told by email from the person that runs the game to just ignore them. This is not an acceptable response to being dox'd in a game.
