Who Else here thinks EA Customer service is Completely Useless?

Even when I tried to go to put in a ticket for help they want me to sign in but WONT ACCEPT then same pass word I am currently signed in with / just reset because they wouldn't let me sign in.. I successfully signed in to it after the change, in the app but the website it makes me go to for customer service wont take it.. BS man..
