Update: I put a note in the username field to see the original case number included in the report. I'm not sure why I have to do all the legwork here when there is a case that was opened and closed. Why can't someone just reference the case instead of me having to reinvent the wheel for you guys? This should not be happening, especially when the grievance is this serious. It should be expedited, and I shouldn't have to resubmit the report.
