Why Doesn’t EA explain

EA, please tell us: Is the Service Level Demand change a bug or a feature? Why can’t anyone take the time to explain this to us? Is it really so hard for EA to broadcast major changes like this to the community? Why do we have to guess? I guess since you’ve hooked enough of us, you don’t need to explain anything anymore. Does that level of communication cost too much? Eat into your profits? 
Here’s an idea: What if you actually gave us something of game value instead of a worthless badge when we achieve a milestone?
And while I’m complaining, why would you decide to add a new currency which has only one purpose which is to buy yet another currency? How completely unnecessary, redundant, and useless. It adds nothing to the game play but an extra step. What is in it for the user but another opportunity to spend money. For what?
After eight years, I am finally getting tired of this game. It seems the one and only purpose in any feature EA adds is to bring in more money. EA is no longer thinking about the gameplay for the user. I feel like I’ve been suckered out of a fortune over time, and disrespected by the developers. At this point I feel that the game is playing me more than I am playing the game, and I am beginning to resent it. Not another dime out of me until you start adding features that make the game more fun to play and less of a redundant money suck.
