Can't unlink Steam Account

Firstly, I got falsely banned on my account which means I have NO access to customer service. Secondly, when I try to unlink my steam account, it simply does not work. When I tried to contact customer service, it denies me option to do so as it is greyed out. I am asking for help to manually delink my account. Im fed up, this is a joke. Im not spending another $30 on another steam account to buy the same game. Disgrace
