Why has my EA account been closed?

EA is a thief, as you know. Despite having proof about my games and trying to contact their support center several times via email, they gave no explanation for closing my account without any reason, and they didn't even try to help. All my games are gone: the Dragon Age series, the Mass Effect legendary series, and Andromeda. These games were very important to me, but I will never buy another EA game again.

(CM: Edited thread title to signal the topic more clearly)

    Hello FreeMGS,

what exactly do you mean, all your games are gone, and your account was closed? Could you explain your situation a bit more in detail?

EA deleted my account without any explanation. When I try to log in to the account where my games are, only the option to create a new account appears. I emailed EA about this but haven't received a response. I still have the confirmation emails for a few games I purchased, but I don't have a game account anymore. (Was that detailed enough?)

    FreeMGS,

so is the account that you're using to message me here the new account?  Can you please check your account information for the account you're using to message here and see how old the account is?

How do you know the account is deleted? Are you getting a message that it's deleted, when you try to use the login data? EA doesn't delete accounts, at most an account will become disabled when it's not been used for a while, which can easily be reactivated by simply changing the password that's associated with the account.

The account I'm using to write here is a different account. When I entered the email address of the other account, it said a new user would be created, so I didn't touch it, but the deleted account was registered with Origine in 2015.

p.s. The username of the original account was FreeMG. Not FreeMGS

When I try to access my password through the "Forgot Password" section, I get the message "We couldn't find your EA Account."

I think my account has been hacked. When I try to reset my username and password, I get an email address that says "We'll send a verification code to 57*****@qq.com". This email address isn't mine.

    FreeMGS,

have you used this account to play games previously? Regarding the name - are you sure that the EA name of the account was FreeMG and not potentially the name of the connected platform accounts?

As I said, EA doesn't delete accounts - it's more likely, that the e-mail that you thought was connected to the account is not actually connected to the account. This could either mean, you were always using a different e-mail for that account or that the connected E-Mail was changed, either by you or a hacker.

How old is the account that you're missing and how old is this account that you're currently logged in with? Do you have a platform linked to your missing account? What games and platform accounts are linked to this account?

My Steam account was linked to my EA account, and my EA account username was "abc381318603". When I checked the verification emails and tried to reset my password, another email address appeared: "ch*****@beletersmail.com". I've never had an email address like that in my life. My EA account already had games like Mass Effect Legendary, the entire Dragon Age series, and Mass Effect Andromeda. In fact, the only reason I play EA games is because of those games.

If you don't recognize the e-mail, then the chances are very high that you've been hacked. Please contact Support again, this time specifically about your account being hacked, so they can try to help you restore the access to your account.
