The so-called support via email doesn't even work it just sends you more automated messages like I open the case and they said they would get back to me within 2 days it's been a sum total of like 8 days so much for support and whenever I try to respond it just sends me the same automated message forums don't work the discord servers don't work to get help with issues and God forbid a multi-billion dollar company actually helps its consumers it's probably what has led to the decline of EA

The EA Help website has been updated, and the way to reach support has been slightly changed. If you click on this link and scroll down to the bottom, you should see the "Contact Us" button, and then you will be asked to enter the details of your request. If you select "Update EA Account" you should get an option to start a chat. Let me know if you have any questions.

The email support doesn't do anything. every case is basically just ignored or closed with no resolution. The chat takes hours to get support from and for me the chat screen goes away if you click away from the tab for even a second. It says that I would get a notification when the chat starts but that never happened and then ill get an email from a support agent claiming I missed the chat. The support agents are also mostly outsourced workers too. All I wanted was for my EA account to be unlinked from the supere.ml disposable email address EA for whatever reason decided to attach to my playstation account.
Aaaa BS. I spent hrs to Zero result.
Please advise how to get support via email?

The email support will also be available through this link: https://help.ea.com/en/ea-account/. Just scroll down to the bottom of the page and click on "Contact us". Depending on the topic selected, you will be given the contact options available for that topic.
God forbid you just actually help us here instead of having us jump through a million hoops to get help gee whiz if only y'all can help us here wouldn't that be crazy wouldn't that be wild if a multi-million dollar company invested in its community instead of just screwing us man that would be craaaazzyyy oh well well let me wait here for to get actual help from the EA community managers that totally care about us said no one ever
