Yeah, okay, the fact that you have to go to the forums, search in possibly unreleated threads to maybe be pointed in the right direction are why people are so fustrated with customer support. No where on the site does it say clearly where to go to talk/chat with someone. Not one single place. Every option I click on either takes me back to my account page, or an unrelated FAQ page.
Oh, and I tried all of the steps you suggested and still couldn't live chat with someone. My two requests I've sent aren't noted in my cases page. Is someone going to be getting to them? I don't have any emails about submitting a help request either. Were they even submitted? I don't know. Probably save to say EA doesn't know either.
