I’m having the same issue. I can get live chat on my desktop at work but not on my phone. I’ve been trying for four days to reach them. When the chat does pop up it’s a 168 minute wait and I never make it to talk to someone
Maybe I should just buy a PC to try. It won’t connect on my phone or tablet.
I've been trying to get ahold of customer support on a PC and haven't had any luck getting ahold of anyone either.
