Wrong email attached to my account

I had to start a new account because I don’t use my old email address.  I made a new account and tried to link it to my ps5 but it won’t let me what do I do?

I am trying to connect my PS account to my new account but go the notification that my playstation account is already connected to an old EA account with an email address (ty*****@**************) that I just cannot get access to, it was school email and it has since been deleted/erased since I graduated. 

Does anyone know how I can unlink my PlayStation account from my old EA account even though I cannot access that email and then get my PlayStation account linked to my new EA account?

Honestly, if EA could just delete my old EA account that would be great and then I could just hopefully connect my PS account to my new account.

Good luck they don’t care one bit, they say they can’t help us here and if we can’t provide information that we own the account then we’re **bleep** out of luck and there’s nothing the team can do about it. Then They mark your thread as solved lmao. I haven’t played an ea game since the ps3 and the email it’s linked to is a supposed deleted email address. I’ve never deleted an email account in my life. There’s people that spent hard earned cash to play and now they can’t. Sounds like a lawsuit 

Same problem signed in with my Xbox account but it wants to two factor authentication with an email that doesn’t even exist anymore as far as I know 

I’m trying to so hard to be patient and understanding but this is ridiculous. I need to speak to a person! 

I am faced with the exact same situation but for Xbox. Apparently you can only link your console to one EA account for life. I reached out to my school to see if I can get my college email back for minute. I've also put in a case request through EA but they put it as resolved even though nothing was fixed. I think the only way to actually get this done is pray your school will do something about your request.

I have currently have 2 EA accounts. My first account is linked to my PlayStation (only lets you have the one linked) however, the first account I do not have access to the email address to get the code to verify my details (stupid 2 factor rubbish) so there is no way I can get through to unlink the PlayStation account.

I am trying to link my 2nd account with my up to date email address to my PlayStation account. Is there anything I can do or anything anyone can suggest? It won’t even let me delete the old account because I am unable to verify the details. I am stuck in a never ending loop! 

We are in the same boat, unfortunately it seems nothing can be done :/

In same type of situation. It's legitimately irritating, no reason for such a big company to have such a terrible support system. Get it together, it will eventually cost them more, if they don't get it together, and actually help us. I had issues with Apex Legends, and I haven't and won't play that game ever again, also due to terrible support. Lost hundreds of dollars and hours.
