Xbox Account already linked to a disabled EA account

I recently got games pass and need to link my xbox account to my current EA account. The problem is when I try to do this EA tells me the xbox account is already linked to an "to your EA Account for ...

Yeah, still unable to contact any form of support. Logged into my old EA account I found with an old email, but Xbox was not linked to that either. I'm at a complete loss. Was going to get the new Madden too
