Xbox Account already linked to a disabled EA account

I recently got games pass and need to link my xbox account to my current EA account. The problem is when I try to do this EA tells me the xbox account is already linked to an "to your EA Account for ...

Okay I can try again. Closest I found to your suggestion was: Unlink my EA 

What should I put for "Search for a game or productSearch for a game or product undefined"?

In that field, you insert the name of one of the EA Games that you play. 

Which contact options are you given when you finish filling out the form? Please note that if you select "Update EA account" you should get the option to start a chat:
