Xbox Account already linked to a disabled EA account

I recently got games pass and need to link my xbox account to my current EA account. The problem is when I try to do this EA tells me the xbox account is already linked to an "to your EA Account for ...

Thank you for the additional help. Even with that as the main issue, I still get this after submitting and selecting the chat option:
