Xbox account issue

My old EA Account linked to my xbox Account, but the email I registered has been canceled. I asked customers for help 3 times. Every time they ask the same question, I have tried my best to answer. How can I completely remember an Account that has not been used for a long time? They can't directly unlink my xbox Account. At present, there is no way for this EA Account to link to my xbox Account, which really makes me helpless.
